The consequences of these accusations are far reaching and can seriously impact your life. As a Deputy District Attorney, I worked in the Domestic Violence Vertical Unit. I use this prosecution experience to anticipate the other side’s arguments against my clients and provide a strong defense against these charges.

As an experienced Newport Beach attorney for domestic violence and beyond, I have worked on cases from all different sides. I have significant experience in working in this field both as a law clerk and as an attorney. My prior experience includes working as a prosecutor in the Domestic Violence Vertical Unit as a Felony Deputy District Attorney, where I received insight into handling restraining order matters from both the prosecution and defendant’s side. Mitigation plans are key to resolving these matters in a way that is often cost effective, or if not, we take time and effort to help restore proper boundaries within families whom participate in plans with mental health and other professionals. I now apply the knowledge I gained as a former domestic violence prosecutor to defend against damaging allegations, criminal charges, or help clients, their families, and children find relief by suggesting services and support in concert with our representation.
